Climb Against the Odds 2014 Application, Step 1

Thank you for your interest in the Breast Cancer Fund's Climb Against the Odds! We hope you'll join us in June 2014 for this incredible journey of a lifetime.

Each climber must apply and be accepted before joining the team of up to 35 people; this form is step 1 of that process. Learn more about the application process.

Section 2: Long Questions

Each applicant to the Climb Against the Odds has a personal connection to cancer and a unique motivation to join the climb team. This part of the application is your opportunity to tell your story. Please answer these questions as completely and thoughtfully as you can.

If you are selected for the climb team, information you provide here will be used to create a biographical write-up (with your review and approval) that will go on the Breast Cancer Fund’s website.

As noted above, we strongly advise you to write your responses offline and paste them in this form when you're ready to submit your application in full.
